What Does the Warranty Cover?
We warranty against any MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
You deserve to have the best quality hat that we can provide. If there are any issues with the construction of the hat, let us know so we can make it right.
What are Manufacturing Defects?
A defect is anything caused during manufacturing that makes the hat structurally unsound, visually flawed, or unable to perform its intended function.
Structural Flaws
Wires separating from the brim, causing the hat to lose its shape.
Material Defects
Paint peeling, cracks, or holes in the material (not from normal wear).
Stitching & Assembly
Loose stitching, improperly attached sweatband, or mis-set eyelets.
WE DO NOT COVER WEAR AND TEAR FROM EVERY-DAY HAT USE.
Issues with the fit?
Incorrect sizing may not be a manufacturing defect, but we still are determined to help you be satisfied with your purchase. For information regarding an incorrect hat size, visit our page: Find your Fit
A decision to repair or replace will be made at the discretion of Gone Country Hats.
If it’s a simple fix, like a hatband that’s just come unglued, we’ll show you how to repair it yourself so you don’t have to send it back.
For bigger fixes, or once your hat has been with you for over 30 days, we might need you to send it back for repair.

How Our Guarantee Works:
(After your first free exchange)
- Try your hat on as soon as it arrives
- If it's not the perfect fit:
- Text us or email us and tell us what feels off (Tight at the sides? Loose at the front?)
- We'll personally walk you through finding the right size or shape.
- You send the hat back to us:
- You pay for shipping your hat back. Use your preferred carrier or we can send you a discounted shipping label.
- We'll send you the right address and detailed instructions. No guesswork.
- We pay to ship your new hat out:
- As soon as your return is received, we'll send your new size or shape at our expense.
- Not satisfied after your exchange? We'll issue a refund for the original purchase price as long as the hat is in new condition.
If your hat doesn't fit, shape or size, let us know within 14 days.
We'll help you exchange it for the right one, reshape it, or refund you.
