Return/Refund Policy | Gone Country

If you purchased your hat from a store or website that is a re-seller of our products, and not directly from the Gone Country website, you must return your hat to that business. Gone Country Hat Co cannot accept returns that were not purchased directly from our official website.

If you wish to return your hat, call to get a return authorization. You can return your unworn hat within 30 days for exchange or refund, but you pay the return shipping. Your refund will not include any ship charges that we paid on your behalf originally or ship charges that were included in your purchase price. Your product needs to be in new condition with the tags attached. You will need to use our packaging or similar sturdy box to prevent damage in shipping. After 30 days from delivery to you there will be a 10% restocking charge deducted from any refund. 

If we do issue a refund, we will use the same payment method as your original purchase and we will do it within 7 days of receiving your returned item and verifying its condition..
