We will always make it right.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your hat at the time of purchase, we will make it right -  repair or replace. Let's talk about it. We'll ask you to send us a picture of any damage or defect.

If you just change your mind, CALL TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. You can return your unworn hat within 30 days for exchange or refund, but you pay the return shipping. Your refund will not include any ship charges you might have paid originally, Your product needs to be in new condition with the tags attached. You will need to use our packaging or similar sturdy box to prevent damage in shipping. After 30 days from delivery to you there will be a 10% restocking charge deducted from any refund.

If we do issue a refund, we will use the same payment method as your original purchase and we will do it within 7 days of receiving your returned item and verifying its condition..
