I’ve been looking for my hat for my husbands big head, lol (we have searched everywhere in town and other towns looking for one to fit him-no success.

My son wanted to get “dad” one for Fathera day this year, so I went searching online for a company that sold bigger hats.
Came across Gone Country-did some research on them and decided to give it a shot. I called to ask someone what size I should get him bc I couldn’t ask my husband-then he would know-so a guy picked up-think he was an owner-super cool. Answered my questions and helped me pick out a size. I did ask if it didn’t fit-if I could return it for a correct size, he said yes. Got online the next day and ordered the black one. Received it super fast-it shipped from FL and I live in MO. Opened it up when get got it-was super impressed with how awesome the packing is to hold the hat and not move around the box while shipping. Taped it back up-wrapped it up-and then gave to the husband for Fathers Day. He was super excited when he opened it-but it was slightly too big. I should have went one size down. So called them-told them the situation, they told me what to do and how to ship it back, etc. and then we did all of that and about a week later received the smaller size one -and it fit! Perfectly! My husband and I have already been looking on their website for another hat for him! Will be a return customer and will tell people about them! Thanks for being awesome! And helping this wife’s husband dreams(lol, of the perfect hat) finally come true!
